I’ve spent over 20 years in the world of employment relations, working closely with individuals and organisations through tough conversations, complex situations, and moments of growth.
Along the way, I became increasingly drawn to what was happening beneath the surface — what helps people feel purposeful, capable, and well. That curiosity led me to train in Mental Health and Health Coaching, building on my BA in Psychology and Organisational Studies.
Now, I bring all of that together in Amanda Wallis Coaching to support people who feel stuck, stressed, or ready for something more, and organisations as their staff grapple with the complexities of the workplace.
I’m especially passionate about helping people and teams reconnect with their values, make sense of what’s holding them back, and build the confidence to move forward in a way that works for them.
