Stoicism

The Stoics were onto something...

They divided life into two zones:
🌱 Zone 1 — What we can control: our thoughts, actions, and responses.
🌪️ Zone 2 — Everything else: other people’s choices, opinions, and the outcome of events.

So many of us spend energy in Zone 2, trying to influence things that are completely outside our control.

Sound familiar?

Modern thinkers like Mel Robbins call this mindset “Let Them.”
The power lies in returning to Zone 1 — again and again.  But how do you actually do that when Zone 2 can bring up so many EMOTIONS?
